You get what you pay for. Frankly, you won't find all of that for free.

Check out www.quantumns.com - $10 a month for great features and excellent customer service. Not free, but pretty close.

Most of FREE hosting has limitation on their terms of service. One of your conditions is "allows download of any file." You may want to describe what "ANY" means.

I had all kind of FREE hosting before I decided to pay for hosting. I would highly recommend to use paid hosting if you are looking for a long term use.

My Only Two Cents...Good Luck.

Not asking a lot there!

Hi there
Your not asking a lot in terms of price for a reliable host there! You get what you pay for. Lots of these free hosts have ads all over them, they are slow and often go down, plus have bad bandwidth limits.

Why not fork out say $20 - $40 for a year of reliable hosting? Makes sense!

Details below if you want to ask us anything about our packages!

Regards
James
