Globix to Continue Search For Finance Chief; Acting Chief Financial Officer Steps Down

Brosnan has stepped down from his position as Senior Vice President and Acting Chief Financial Officer to pursue other interests, effective November 19, 2002. Peter Stevenson, CEO of Globix, indicated that Globix will continue its search for a new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Brosnan, who joined Globix in November 1999 as a Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, was named Acting Chief Financial Officer on September 9, 2002.
