Together with logistics and fulfilment partner Royal Mail, Marketworks has developed a multi-channel online solution that integrates marketing and sales through 3M online shops, major online marketplaces including Amazon and eBay, Google and affiliate sites.

As a manufacturer, we are learning from our partnership with Marketworks about the needs of our customers and the marketability of our products in an online environment. These learnings are enabling us to support our resellers? own efforts to sell 3M products online much more effectively. The 3M UK Consumer and Office Division have selected Marketworks? fully outsourced, end-to-end Managed eCommerce Solution, which includes technology and marketing, and customer care and logistics. A key benefit of the solution is that all operational, technical and fulfilment functions are centrally managed by Marketworks.
