NEXL Network Systems announced today the commencement of a multi-year contract with HealthWatch Technologies (HWT) Incorporated, a Portland, ME provider of healthcare auditing and overpayment recovery services.

Through the contract, HWT will receive 7x24 outsourced systems hosting and managed services using Nexl's secure, fully redundant data center and high bandwidth internet connectivity. The contracted services include:

<li>High availability clustering for database and web-based applications</li>
<li>On-demand staff augmentation for database administration and network-related functions</li>
<li>Well-regarded NEXL engineering staff, applying NEXL's best in class methodology to augment and support HWT's technology staff with services in a partnership model. </li></ul>
NEXL's partnership with HWT includes significant commitments to responsiveness and service via a detailed yet easily modified Service Level Agreement, a financial model that allows for flexible expansion of managed and hosted services, as well as the ability for HWT to quickly procure and deploy hardware and software solutions for particular client needs.
