I've not seen anything about them on the other main forums. It looks to me like a couple of their customer have had problems and wanted the world to know. The CEO, provides a pretty detailed answer to the issues they raised.
In my experience there are far worse hosts out there to worry about than these guys.....anyone heard of CI Host ;-)
