Under the alliance, VERIO, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), will offer CA’s eTrust Firewall and eTrust Intrusion Detection to customers seeking to protect critical eBusiness systems from a wide-range of attacks – ensuring availability and integrity of their hosted systems.

In addition to the technical superiority of the eTrust solutions, VERIO selected CA as its strategic security resource because of CA’s position as the world’s leading enterprise security provider and its flexible, subscription-based business model. This model is enabling VERIO to build “customer-friendly” service plans that can be tailored to address a full-range of market segments and customer requirements.
