The agreement confirms that Springboard will assume the 24/7 management of TrialCard’s data-hosting and infrastructure services requirements.

Founded in 2000, TrialCard is a transaction services company, focused on supporting product sampling, direct to consumer promotions, clinical trials, patient assistance programs, and other sales and marketing needs of pharmaceutical companies. TrialCard's patented program provides 360-degree tracking information of product sampling activity; identifying the sales rep, physicians, date of activation, and when and where the patient filled the prescription with a pharmacist.
