The Entrust Secure Web Portal solution consists of a set of product capabilities for securing and personalizing an organization's content, applications and data that are provided online via Web portals. Entrust GetAccess, Entrust TruePass, and Entrust Authority software provide the necessary identification, entitlements, verification, privacy and security management capabilities for Web-based applications.

Beginning today, Entrust is offering new pricing promotions to promote this solution worldwide. New pricing packages for customers range from entry- level bundles starting from $10,000 U.S. to full-featured enhanced Internet security solutions. These pricing promotions coincide with the planned commercial release of the latest version of Entrust GetAccess software, currently scheduled for December 2001. The upcoming release combines new flexibility, performance and ease-of-use improvements with wireless support. It will help organizations identify and grant customers, suppliers, employees and partners secure access to data, content and services through portals via a PC or wireless device such as a PDA or mobile phone. Additional enhanced Internet security capabilities can be added to the Entrust GetAccess foundation to facilitate higher value transactions and the exchange of more sensitive information online.

Entrust TruePass works in conjunction with Entrust Authority, the backbone of Entrust's enhanced Internet security offerings. It provides stronger forms of identification for customers. Entrust TruePass also provides transaction verification and audit trails through its use of industry leading digital signature technology. It can be used both in an extranet and intranet environment so an organization's customers and partners can access the Web portal from the Internet. Employees can also access the Web portal from their desktops. Entrust TruePass was recently awarded the Federal Information Processing Standards and Publication (FIPS) 140-1 validation and is the first Java(TM) technology-based application to achieve this key security milestone.

The Entrust Secure Web Portal solution also provides out-of-the box integration and interoperability with an extensive array of Web portal applications.
