Thanks to those who gave me advice. I am pleased to say that Hosting Plans gave me a full $200 refund. The address I emailed was
andre@bajanz.com, although I think Andre Skeete gets the mail from
refunds@hostingplans.com as well. Andre does deserve a compliment for being cooperative in this because I have been a customer for over a year (despite several problems and on-and-off service). Unfortunately, I do still know of some customers who have not heard from him yet or received a refund.
