Adhost Internet, a leading business Web services firm, has just announced the acquisition of Logon.net, a Web hosting and design subsidiary of Logon, Inc. The acquisition was completed on October 1st for an undisclosed amount.
Adhost will consolidate all of Logon.net’s administrative functions including sales, marketing and customer support to their offices in Bellevue.
“Our company has grown steadily over the past six years, and this acquisition will further strengthen our position in the Web hosting services industry,” said Will Riffle, President and CEO of Adhost. “We will continue to seek out future acquisitions of companies such as Logon.net that mesh well with our core competencies.”
