WEB Pay-Per-View announced on Tuesday a two-year agreement with VERIO, the world's largest website hosting company.
Under the terms of the agreement WEB Pay-Per-View will become a reseller of VERIO's web hosting and design services. WEB Pay-Per-View will derive up to 30 percent fixed commissions on the number of active customers generated through WEB Pay-Per-View and The WEB Theatre.
"Revenues, revenues, revenues," said Derreck Manteau, president and chief operating officer, WEB Pay-Per-View Inc. "Little streams make big rivers. Entering into this agreement with VERIO -- the world's largest website hosting company -- may open the door for us to provide video pay-per-view services to their database of customers."
Manteau continued, "Entering into this agreement with VERIO could give us access to thousands of subscribers desiring pay-per-view services.
"As always, I am most concerned about increasing shareholder value. Shareholder value will only increase when our market price climbs, which is caused by earnings and potential growth. I believe that by capturing emerging revenue opportunities such as this will in turn accomplish our goal."
