hi all!!

what im looking for is quite simple.. i'm looking for a site where i can upload files , mostly audio in mp3 format and zips, have a storage space of at least 100mb and.. be free!!! and something very important is the download (and upload but mostly download) speed of this files.. i've already tried freewebs.com but they are too slow!!

can anyone help???

MP3 files... Hmmm not even all paid hosts will allow them to host them unless you have a valid distribution right. And free ones wouldn't be willing enough to take risk... My personal opinions

Domainwala is correct. I think it is unlikely that you will find a free host who will allow you to host mp3s. With any host, they are likely to ask for proof that you are the owner/have rights to distribute the files.

how about zip files??? which will obviously contain .mp3 files?

downloading mp3 files would be in violation of any TOS (terms of service) of any legitament hosting company. Are you crazy?

what percentage of the people on the internet do you think own the rights to their downloaded mp3's

good point. there are however sites that are promoting independent musicians with their own mp3s for which I stand - we actually host one of these sites in San Francisco Bay Area

We host a couple of sites for bands too.

I recommend that you check out these dudes at BrightServers.com They are offering some crazy prices on web hosting packages, I recently signed up with them and Im paying about 10 bucks a month and i've got more bandwidth than i'd ever need. Im really impressed by their service and support
