Please explain your requirments so that we can examine them accordingly.

Well I haven't heard of them but red flags that I see are:

1) No Phone Number
2) Error in the code during checkout
3) Payments options are only StormPay or PayPal

Ask them for a phone number and ask them some questions. You can tell quickly if you should host there or not.

Don't predict about customer service yet coz it's may be too early for you. Wait some time, analyze their response on your problems and your satisfaction with those replies.

Just to clarify



A phone number is available to anybody that requests it.

The reason we don't provide a phone number for support on our website is that we are a UK based host although 95% of our business is from the US. This would either mean high international call charges for the customer, or if we arranged some sort of call back system or free phone, we would have to increase our prices to cover that.



I'm not sure what this could be, it's the first i've heard of any error. Mabye you could point it out for us.



This is a little incorrect, we accept and have always accepted visa, mastercard, access, american express and discover card.
