Have Go Daddy Hosting
MySQL V. 3.25.55
PHP V. 4.3.1
phpBB2 a free community forum software

I have little to no knowledge on setting up a database and installing the above free Bulletin Board. It appears to be simple but not to me.

What is a fair price to pay someone to do this and how to trust someone with all of my hosting info?

Any help or directing me to somewhere for help needed.

Since you are using Godaddy for your hosting as well, the probable thing to do would be to direct your question to their support dept. and see if they will help.
Every system, every host has a different setup so its hard to determine how to help you.
Generally you should just download the phpbb, unzip and then upload (I do know that phpbb has a thorough read me included with their files)

I know nothing of Go Daddy hosting - but with hosting plans from providers offering CPanel, you can install a phpbb with nothing more complicated than a single mouse click. Seriously.
