Do you have a domain name and website, if you do then you will need to unpack the zip file you downloaded from invisionboard read the instructions and upload and install it to your site. Also if you have a website the host that provides space for it should have some sort of forum/board that you can install with a push of a button, I would check with them first before you do anything else.

If you don't have a website yet then you will need to get one first, there are tons out there that provide invisionboard as an addon script, us included.
