It seems most hosting companies won't host any site where the site is promoted through email advertising. This is considered spam.
Are there any hosting companies that will allow this?
I urgently need to find one.

You said it yourself. Many will consider it spam and will have nothing to do with it.

No point getting a host getting blocked by blacklists.

I agree with northwind...it'll be hard.
Hosts are also under a TOS from their own provider, and most carry that clause ,no..(what we call) spamvertising.

I think there may be one here.
