Has anyone been hosted at DigitalSea.net, or is currently hosted by them? I'd like to see other people's opinions on their service because at the moment I think it stinks.

When I first opened an account, my p***word logged my into the entire server (I could access everyone's files while they were repairing something). The technical support service rairly replies and I have heard that they cram as many people on one computer as possible - making everything slow and overworked. By the looks of things they seem to have around 2 employees, not nearly enough to handle the amount of sites they host.

Is this true or have you any other experiences?
