how do you create primary and secondary name server on one machine for hosting my own website with my domain and also running my own email server.

This depends on a few things.

If you need to create the nameservers itself do it at your domain registrars website.

If you need to create it on your server then you need to tell us just one thing.

This will save us time. =)

Do you have cpanel or any control panel installed?
If so it will make things a bit easier.
