have you emailed them, send them an inquiry if they're fast in responding, they have a good customer support, usually people go for good support not for the prices, there are lots of huge hosting companies out there that are almost offering "free" because it's very cheap trying to close us down, but they're customer support is not that great. if they respond fast, then consider the pricing.
To find a good hosting:
1.Find some of their customer and mail themm about their experience in last 6 month or so......
2.Go for the search engines like google.com and look for them in forums like this or WHT or some other things if there is any controvesy going about them.
3.Mail them for few times and check their response
4.If they offer money back policy tnd they go for them....
5.Look they offer any templates
6.Donot go straightaway for annual plan,trail them with monthly plan.
7.Look their rate compare with other quality hosting companies
8.More importantly look they are survived for more than 1 year..If so found their annual plan customer to get their feedback from the begning.
there are lot to be viewed before signup of that the above mentioned are all important......
