As a hosting company this is what I would ask you.

You are going to stream videos. What kind of video's. Copyrighted videos? Do you have written permission to host it? Is it a pay per view kind of site?

If a hosting company allows you to stream content that is that big without asking you those questions, don't sign up with them. They will most likely close down in a few months. =)

B.T.W, as far as your streaming goes, I would recommend you go with a .asf format and stream in asx.

Although you would not need a windows server, its always good to have since MS running MS is the best match. =)

Also would you be needed a managed or unmanaged ded box? If you know how to run a server then don't pay extra for the managed but if your clueless then well you only have one other option. =)
