Hey,

Thanks everyone for your advice so far. I've been looking at ActSupport (www.actSupport.com), Bob Cares (www.bobcares.com) , and HandsOnSupport (www.handsonsupport.com) and was wondering if anyone has tried them.

According to some threads I've read (on here and WHT) Bob Cares is good but closes tickets too early and responses aren't always as good.

Act Support seems to have a lot of good reviews aside from the spped of sales emails. I have noticed that their live 24 hour support doesn't seem to apply to the Live support button on their web site which seems to be perminantly offline

I haven't found anything on HandsOnSupport.

So has anyone tried any of these support servces? If so have you had any good / bad experiences with them?
You know - probably as a company, each are very comperable. Good and bad tickets still just boil down to the person handling the ticket - their mood, knowledge, service skills, etc.

With any of them - have a contigency plan in place! Be ready to up and move in a moments notice if you have to.

Make your system as simple and as cut and dry for them as possible.

Hey Justme,

Have you actually tried them? Their site isn't really inspiring.

Nope, haven't needed to use them. But since you referenced posts on WHT I thought you'd probably check out the posts about hosticket.com too. Some folks with pretty good reputations on WHT speak out in favor of the service.
