Thanks everyone for your advice so far. I've been looking at ActSupport (
www.actSupport.com), Bob Cares (
www.bobcares.com) , and HandsOnSupport (
www.handsonsupport.com) and was wondering if anyone has tried them.
According to some threads I've read (on here and WHT) Bob Cares is good but closes tickets too early and responses aren't always as good.
Act Support seems to have a lot of good reviews aside from the spped of sales emails. I have noticed that their live 24 hour support doesn't seem to apply to the Live support button on their web site which seems to be perminantly offline
I haven't found anything on HandsOnSupport.
So has anyone tried any of these support servces? If so have you had any good / bad experiences with them?
