Has anyone out there had any experience with a company called
www.bobcares.com they are based in india and offer email support to resellers.
I've got a couple of concerns. Firstly will language barriers come into play as my target market is english speaking coutries. Although I'm sure their english is fine, its local market slang that people use that could lead to confusion. Anyone out there used them, or had them respond to a support ticket they have raised?
Secondly how much access to my servers will i have to grant them, in order that they can fullfill their support role?
