I have just started to use revecom as my payment service. I was wondering on others experience with customers adding on additional services. I was told by Revecom that I would have to email them with the order number in order for the customer to not have 2 charges every month.
This just sounds like it would leave alot of room for error. I am sure someone has to be using Revecom with a reseller program and would have knowledge of this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That doesnt sound right AT ALL to me.
What you describe....2 charges? that sounds ridiculous.

we use Revecom and yes it can be a royal pain in the can. Lots of hoop jumping. It's a pretty good system for what it is, but we're looking at other alternatives right now (Planet Payment actually).

Aren't there a credit card gateway
where you can enter the customer's information manually?
I know my old ISP does it..... I wonder what service they use...

Which one? Revecom isn't a merchant account as such, so no you can't manually enter CC details. It's another reason we're looking elsewhere. For that you should look at card services international, cybercash, or one of the authorize.net providers. There's probably quite a few more but those three seem to be the more often used ones.
