For my main website I had setup a script in php for uploading files but they have the servers php set up to only allow max php upload of 2megs and i need up to 8 megs since this upload function is part of my websites core business model. The will not change the setttings.

Thank you for the quote but going to your website I look over your acceptable use policy which says you don not allow websites for uploading of mp3. Since I am making a website for independent artists to upload and sell their mp3's this goes against your use policy.
Other than that it was exactly what I would be looking for.

The terms of service applies to those individuals whom are uploading illegal mp3's, such as, copyrighted artists music CD's in which the artist has not given us permission to upload their data to our servers. Your case is very different. Your artists are given you and I permission to upload the files, so we are not in violation of ANY law. We will not bother you if the mp3's are from independent artists and its their work.

We will gladly accept you and your clients to our server. Feel free to email me should you have more concerns, but I don't see this being a problem at all.
