We called RackSpace and they confirmed that they manage CWI's servers - CWI resells and configures the machines as any reseller would.

Up-Time:
Netcraft.com also monitors some server's up-time. We tried numerous CWI servers (thunder1 - 10) and found that most had no or little up-time to report.
