Dear P,

First you should realize that this company is under Florida State law
not Australia laws. "You should not touch my account before court's
notice." One question here P, did a court give us permission to
turn your account on? NO. That's the beauty of the United States, we
can refuse service to anyone we chose and by you threatening to sue us
and by not abiding by our terms of service, I can close your account at
any time if you are making threats against this company, and the CEO is
the person who told me to close your account. It is not my fault that
you purchase a service that you are not capable of using. I refunded
your money to you because you made threats against Vortech, Inc. stating
that if we did not make special arrangements to accept a check from you
for payment that you would sue the company. We have never taken
international checks and we do not intend to in the future. It is our
prerogative what payment methods we accept. To be a good standing
customer of Vortech, Inc. you must have a valid credit card on file and
you clearly stated you would be canceling your credit card so that gives
me two reasons to close your account. If you have any more questions or
asinine threats you would like make towards this company, you may
contact the CEO tomorrow (Monday) December 2, 2002 10am to 6pm ET at
407-736-9355.

You have no idea what the legislation is. You should not touch my
account
before court's notice. You should better contact your CEO about this
asap.

**mod edit* First and final warning for spamming the boards. Banning will occur if it happens again!

Greetings,

Have talking to the CEO of Vortech, Inc brought any good?
UniqueHost
hi,
im sure you have a backup of all webpages files and contact info of your customers. helpng them transfer to another host I think is the priority before you do a "battle" email with your webhosting provider. what do you think?

Pay them what they want on your credit card as soon as possible. If you have any accounts in arrears, you should be paying them off asap.

From the web hosts view an account that doesnt pay will never pay - "check is in the mail" is always a lie (99.5% of the time anyway.)

Tell them this: "I want all of my data then - I will pay you the $40.75 (or whatever it is) I owe you."

Then, transfer all of your accounts to another provider who will accept your international checks. Ask the host on their policies first - our policy on check payments is that we must receive the check BEFORE the service is due again... IE, you signup on the first of the month and send the check, it gets here the tenth. We activate your accounts on the tenth, and will suspend them on the tenth of the next month if a check hasn't arrived yet.

I have heard many stories of people that have been screwed by Brad Pugh and Vortech hosting.

If you don't believe it just browse this and the other Web Hosting forums for 'Vortech' or 'matrixreseller'. This is not a new story.

Don't waste your time or money on Vortech Hosting or their alias "matrixreseller.com" .

Their "service" sucks, and they have major attitudes.

yes, pay them as soon as possible and save your existing accounts because they are suspended not terminated. Ask them to un-suspend your accounts and move all your accounts to some other reliable host which better suits your needs.

It's always better to clear mode of payments, T.O.S etc. before going to buy a new account.

The original poster started this thread 8 months ago so I would hope 'soon as possible' has already come and gone
