Sorted is correct, we do not offer telephone support. We have found that our helpdesk system is better for tracking support issues, expecially when issues may lapse between support personal. Our helpdesk does track issues, so the issue will be dealt with even if our support staff changes shifts. Additionally, we have servers in 3 data centers currently, and a phone support line would be difficult since most clients do not remember what server they are on, nor do they remember what datacenter.
