My current hosting provider has oversold the server, I need to move off of it ASAP. The new provider I choose needs to be upfront with # of resellers per server please?

Here is what i need.

5GB Disk Space
50GB Data-transfer per month

I host several forum sites, so CPU speed, server load and bandwidth is important to my clients. I have three forum sites, and 10 regular sites.

I am not using anything near 50GB in BW or 5gb in drive space, last month I pulled 3GB in BW and used a measly 200MB in drive space, and have averaged only 2.2 GB per month pull for the past six months. However, I want room to grow, and grow overnight if needed.

Also, I only will allow this ratio: Used Disc Space counted against my 5GB not ALLOCATED. This is the main reason for the high bandwidth - I want room to grow.

I have no sites that host downloads, or files and have no plans on bringing anything like that onboard. I would move to a ded. server for that.

I only allow Invision Boards to be run, I know the resource drains are min. with that software. So that needs to be ok with you also.

Private nameserver, you know, ns1. and ns2.mydomain.com
and the ftp login and email headers need to be clean of the main hosting companies name. Complete Private, if my clients know they are getting resold services and they know from whom, I might loose them and thats not good.

I am pretty reasonable and understand the business pretty well, so 24hour support isnt critical. Also, tech support wont be used that often, only when something stops responding or the server is crashed. Things like that.

Also will pay by credit card on monthly basis.

I dont like setup fees and I like 30day Trials or 30 day refund policies.

Also, please give ip to ping and also download to test speed.
