Well, the best advice I can offer you here, without resorting to giving you actual plans for you to use, is for you to search through the vast number of webhosting sites around and look at the plans they have.
Most sites have around the same pricing for the same types of plans, and based on that, you can choose your plans based on the specifications you want. Remember, you have to take into consideration what type of customers you are going to target, what sort of support you are going to put into it, etc etc.
A lot of factors in deciding how to set and structure your plans!
