Hi,
What sort of problems are you having? If you can give us more details perhaps some of us can help.

Ive never heard of them but I do notice unlimited on their front page for their hosting accounts?
Really no such thing, as they do have to pay for their bandwidth.
Not sure what problems you are experiencing though?
Good Luck!

I had problems getting set up. They had inadvertantly set up my name with .com instead of .net. I had asked them to transfer the DN, I had to do it myself. The DN linking was flaky for about a week(sometimes it would be there, sometimes it wouldn't). I later found out that the previous registrar was launching a new website that week, so customer service for them had slowed. Some billing errors had been made. ( I think I've resolved them) I had to eventually ask where the full manual(promised on the web site) was. There were just several things that all compiled within that week that made me wonder if I'd made a mistake.
Things have gone smoothly now for the last couple. When I email them, I get an answer within a few hours, so that's good. I did however wonder about unlimited transfer and you're right there is no such thing. They ***ure me that once I reach the limit they will increase it at no extra charge. I hope that's true.
All in all, maybe I jumped the gun a bit. This is my first experience with hosting for myself and for my client(s), it's a different animal than personal isp space,i guess. I don't wanna slam someone unfairly so..., we'll just have to wait and see.

Thanks to those who've read and replied to my question. I really appreciate it.

I would ask what the limit of transfer is, and then watch it closely. Once you are near your limit, email them and ask then. That way you will not be setting yourself up for a major bandwidth bill. Save all emails on the subject.
