Dear friends,
in the past (before 1,5 years) i use a CPANEL hoster (VDI).
I have some problems with email. If a alone friend send to me email i receive this. But in some mailing lists i never can receive mails. I dont know if this is a problem of old CPANEL only or of all shared ip hosters.
Can you please inform me if the CPANEL (VDI) have this problem and now?
It is very helpfull for me a answer of a person how know this problem in the past and now can you inform me if this remain.

Hi,
A common mistake is that you must use the entire address as your username in your mail client:
i.e. you@domain.com as the username

Also, you may want to try to access your mail using Webmail and see if that is working.

Check http://www.network-tools.com/nslook/ and see if your domain is pointing to the correct server and mail server.

Finally, if you can post the error you get in your mail program (if any) someone may be able to help further.
