Hello my name is Tim Reed, from Cubed Web Design. http://www.cubeddesign.com . I really need a better host for my Site, mine seems like it only has a 50% uptime. So if anyone has a kind heart and owns their own dedicated server. It would be very nice if I could get 25 megs., with php and 2 mySql databases! Please help me! It's Very Urgent - i will PAY 5.00 a month, which is expensive for a plan like this.

I dropped a note into your PM box with a bit of information that you may be interested in.
Not sure about the owning their own box statement either though I'm sure Tim will clarify. Maybe he assumes he can't get that kind of deal from a commercial host? Or just prefers a host that's further up the food chain.
