Hi, i need to find a free web hosting service (free meaning nothing wotsoever) that offers database access, a cgi-bin, a sendmail program and the other basic stuff, about 20 mb of diskspace as a min ,, does anywhere you ppl know of offer any of this?

I think that you might have to use a free provider like Geocities, but they won't do databases.

Otherwise, see if you can make an arrangement with a host for a sponsored link on all your web pages.

Just a thought.
