I ordered some software from DreamCost 2 weeks ago. This morning it was refunded by their billing company: PaySystems. No emails, no phone calls, nada. Anyone know what's going on with them?

I'd possibly count that as a bit of luck. I remember looking at their script a while back. My enquiries regarding their product were met with evasive replies, and didn't provide information in quite a few key areas regarding security. We ended up going over to modernbill instead and haven't regretted it.

Some people I know that did purchase that script complain of it not working correctly and having errors. Whether that's due to the script, or the install is hard to say of course.

I can't think of anyone that's actually using it live, though there quite a few using modernbill.

Thanks for your reply. I feel the same way. A few days after i purchased the software i got a call from paysystems, saying dreamcost was trying to contact me immediately. what a load of bull. they had several emails and several phone numbers. they wasted 2 weeks of my time
