I'm thinking of getting myself a reseller account.
It sould have these features;
* At least 20GB transfer
* Unlimited almost anything else (Storage, Mailboxes etc.)
* Web Based Control Panel
* UNIX OS (Pref. FreeBSD, No SSH/Telnet required if CP is good.)

I'm thinking of these providers:

* Donhost (Lot's of negative publicity, www.donhost.co.uk)
* 99CentsHost (www.99centhost.com)
* MDIT (www.mdit.net)
* PassionHost (www.passionhost.com)

All seem fairly priced! (+/- $ 40.0/Month with +/- 30GB Traffic)

Has anybody got some info to share on these providers? Is their network connection sufficient? Servers fast enough or overloaded? Do's and Don'ts, Ease of use, Flexibility etc.?

Your advice would be highly appriciated.

Just a comment here.
When considering a reseller account... I wouldn't consider a provider that has negative publicity OR known bad reputation with consistent complaints, etc.
Remember as a reseller, YOU are responsible for your clients as far as support, etc. goes, so keep that in mind!
If your upstream happens to be a jerk, well......??
There are great hosts out there that do offer reseller plans, but do some research, and by all means drop them some emails and find out about their program. You will see a big difference in the various plans they all offer.
Good Luck
