Hi Guys,

I currently just bought a dedicated server from a Tier 1 provider that supplies quality bandwith.

Server Spec.

-1 gig AMD Athlon
-1 gig of ram (2 x 512 MB)
-60 gig WD 7200 RPM harddrive 8.5s seek time
-OS: Linux Mandrake 8.1
-200 gig ACTUAL data transfer FULLY BRUSTABLE (NOT 95% AND NOT COGENT bandwith)
-UNMANAGE dedicate server. (won't be a problem, i have some linux experience or can get outside help if need be)
-Server fee: NONE, I payed for it already
-Setup fee: NONE, I payed for it already
-Monthly fee: $350 (I can pay $200 + partner pays $150)

I have registered a nice domain name already!

I need one (1) partner ONLY and we splite everything 50/50. I know this is extremely fair!

What more needs to be done:
-Need to buy a Plesk Control Panel license. At lease 300 domains eitehr rent the license or buy it straight out. (rent $50/month) (own $500). Can always upgrade the license if need be. If we rent any license for 12 month, it will become ours after that. THE PARTNER HAS TO RENT/PURCHASE THE LICENSE because I cannot spent much more.

What more needs to be done:

-Need to build a website, we can purchase a site template and go from there. I have limited HTML knowlodge.

-Setup a account with 2checkout.com $49 setup fee.

-Any thing else I missed?
