I've been reselling ReadyHosting.com for awhile, but in the past few months their customer support has gone completely down the toilet so I am looking for a new company to resell.

I need the following features:
- ColdFusion
- SSL
- Access databases with a decent amount of DSN's
- PHP
- ASP

And the ability to completely or at least almost completely brand everything with my own logo and company name. I hate losing customers because they decide to cut out the middle man.

Anybody know of a company I can resell that meets this criteria?

If you are interested in a reseller that has great customer support check www.je2000.com They work with many resellers throughout the country. You can even get your dns name servers with them so it looks like you have your own server. Furthrmore, they are always there for support so you could ask them your customer's questions, then they would reply to you, then you can reply to your customer.
