I'm looking for a web Hosting company to host my new website which will contain in a section of it a free software downloads and paid software downloads too, software for reparing and unlocking GSM Mobile Phones, i can't gurantee that all these sodtware have licenses.

Also, i need a web host space not less than 500 MB, Win2000 Server that support MS Access and ASP and Password protected directories are preferred.

I can't pay too much, so Low hosting rates will be appretiated.
Please if you can help me where to find such hosting Co. i'll be very appretiated.
