I'm looking for a free host for a web page of mine. I also need to be able to telnet to it. What do you recommend? Thanks!

Having telnet access for a free account is asking for a bit too much. That would be a total security headache.

They offer pretty good free hosting and do offer Perl/CGI-BIN support.

I'm not sure any freehosts allow telnet (secure or otherwsie). Most paid hosts require ID these days before switching it on for you, due to abuse by a small minority. If you did find a free host that did, I wouldn't be too sure about the stability of the box your site would be on.
