They offer you lots of services 60 MB of web space, 6 GB of bandwidth, 5 email addresses, stats, cgi bin, non stop support and more. Unfortunately, I don't know if you can telnet. You pay $7.95 a month and your first month is for free. You can also register a domain name there for only $20 a year.
