I'd like some advice about HaiSoft's service. It's very cheap, but what about customer support and server quality ?
If you're already a customer, please tell me if it's worth it ?

I haven't heard of them, but why don't you fire them some queries via email and test out their response time and email friendliness?

godaddy = domain registrar... I have a few personal domains from them... bloody bastards spam me (regarding products other than their own... so its truly spam)... and i know its specifically them... pisses the hell outa me... i m in the process of transfering my domains onto totalnic from them...

a company that mass-email spams, i would NEVER deal with... its just a bad business practice...

Do you have a problem with HaiSoft sending spam or GoDaddy, sending spam ? Have you complained ? What do they say ?
I have my hosting with HaiSoft, and appart from some problems with a DoS attack, they have a good service !

I seriously considered HaiSoft for hosting my site. I ended up with someone else, but I would still consider HaiSoft a good choice for most needs. They have been a non-profit in earlier times, so unless their mentality has changed over night that should be a good hint. Their response times to my inquiries were very good.
