Hi,

I have been reading around this forum and there is lot of great input, great work and excellent suggestions by all of you.

I am not new to web hosting but I am new to selling web hosting through the web. All of my existing customers are within my local area and I have never sold through the web. I am now venturing into the web and I am offering different web hosting plans, mostly targeting small business and developers that want to run windows and unix applications from the same website/account. I am not sure how customers will see my offerings but I am hoping to get some feedback from some of you. Feedback on how you see my site and how can I improve the look and feel of the site is also appreciated it. Please don't hold back. I don't mind criticism, criticism is what what makes our business improve.

Thanks to all.

Do you mean feedback on how to get a good position on the search engines?

Be direct and know your requirements.

Constructive Criticism... I just love being asked for that...

My initial reaction to your site was that there's a bit too much going on. It looks very busy with lots of different colours and boxes and very little spacing between items. And whilst you have 6 feature boxes they are really only featuring 3 different options, this is confusing and unnecessarily clutters the page.

When you also click through to one of these 3 options you are then presented with 4 more choices - wow! 12 hosting plans/web design packages - that's a lot of choice. Maybe consider slimming things down a little otherwise you can wind up with information overload!

Just my $0.02

Thanks pickaweb, timi and specially sorted. That’s the type of feedback I am looking for. You have made a very good point sorted. There are numerous choices and that will cause information overload.
I thought about reducing the number of choices but sometimes you need to hear it from someone else before you start to make any changes. Your $0.02 are worth hundreds!

Webnack.com Version 2 coming up soon!

Thanks.

What control Panel are you listing your sites with, and is your support 24/7?

Hi Maxweld,

Your site is looking good, but the partition in the page is not upto the advice.
Its looking like some other page's content attached to the home page.
Its just my view on your website. Try to change out if you think my words are worth.

Hi Hivelocity,

Yes, we have 24/7 support. And our control panel is called WebsiteOS. Check out our demo: Demo

Thanks.

HI Jason TD,

The whole concept behind that was to optimized the page. You know, links, keywords...and all the rest. I have seen other sites used this method and it seems to work.

I am in the process of changing a few things, I will keep your thoughts in mind.

Thanks.

Hi, the site is looking nice, I can only advise to structure your services a little bit, 'cauze everything is a little bit scattered around the house.
