I am looking for a web hosting service that allows my website accessibility via World Wide Web. It should handle the whole process of domain registration and parking in addition of providing me a web based control panel to manage my website. Please recommend if you are aware of any web hosting service provider in UK that will suit me. Thanks!

I would highly encourage to try to short-list about 5 providers and then send some pre-sales emails to them BEFORE signing up anywhere.
Keep in mind many UK providers will have US servers so this will be something to ask before signing up.
Most providers also offer a control panel for accessing your account so that should not be a problem. You could register your domain "first" at a registrar and then sign up for hosting with a web host. Many hosts will register your domain name for you too, but be cautious when doing this and ask ?? about their procedure!
