Hello,

I would like to know if you could help me giving me some advices about my hosting service. What needs improved, what is good.

Anyway the website is in the signature, i don't want to put the link here because i don't want to get misunderstood by people who would say i want to spam.

nice use of template.. but if you are offering a professional service then it looks really odd to have ads running too

Yep scrap the adverts for definite. You can't sell as well if you are advertising someone else's products alongside yours - to gain extra revenue, you could sell banner adverts or adverts somewhere inside the site, with complimentary services to hosting

Everything on your site is very nice, great prices, even offer phone support, but the ads have to go in order for a professional presentation.

Yeah kills the ads obviously, my other piece of advice would be to adjust your design so there is more white-space between the elements on the page. This will actually make the presentation look more professional. You also need a logo to give your site some form of brand Identity, it should go where the ads are now at the top of the page.

Also what's this ID number next to your phone number? Are you sharing an 0800 number? That looks bad.

Finally why did you choose apocalypse hosting as your name? Is this some religious reference or because I really don't think that calling your business "disaster-to-end-humanity hosting" is a good idea.

I'm particularly concious of this because I have my own issues with my own company name: Nuclear Internet, which I deliberately warp to be Nu-Clear Internet. The word "Nuclear" has negative connotations to a lot of people, but I've done a lot to soften it with my tagline: "A fusion of great ideas." Obviously there are positive connotations too, but I actually had DELL initially refuse an order from me because they wouldn't supply to companies involved in the Nuclear Industries, I had to explain I was a hosting company and that it was just a name, borrowed incidentally from the title of an Ash Album: "Nu-Clear Sounds" and that I had nothing to do with anyone splitting the atom..
