I can agree with your post....HOWEVER it appears you seem to be an affiliate of ipower so most likely you have never USED the actual provider. Not good! Anyone, anywhere SHOULD research a provider before signing up. They can run a search by company name on google.com and also check webhostingtalk.com for feedback.

I dont mean to burst your bubble....BUT affiliate programs, affiliate links, etc., etc. just ADD to an already "degraded" industry.
