I am new to this forum and have found some great information here. We recently added webhosting to our areas of service and would like to asks for some honest opinion.

We have developed a business plan that is for us to use and to pass to our children; not designed for a bank. The plan is developed around 5 Web Hosting Companies that we feel are either leaders in the industry. And have created our plans to compete with them. I, too, see that cheap hosting is the trend and there has to be a bottom in this trend. But we have decided to market to that trend along with target marketing in three cities that myself and my partners live.

We have also developed a marketing program that gains us some nice hits on our site. But what we have already discovered is that some of the ppc ads although produced hits, they did not produce sales. We have discovered that one of the ads that we placed had significant less number of clicks but generated a higher number of sales.

We want our site to provide good content that will allow visitors to click through to the plans and eventually the order/purchase page. We provide 24 hour support via live chat, telephone and Support Ticket System.

Is there anything that we should include or change? I will highly respect all opinions; whether good or bad.
