I have hosted my site with ixwebhosting after seeing the review on there site.
Several times I have faced many issues but this time they are lost all DATA from my PRODUCTION site.
After consulting them its now 4 days that they are unable to recover the data and my Production site is down due to lost data.

I have lost my major cutomers.
They frequently keep on changing the ip of MYSQL server without any intimation or communication.
They dont have any rigid backup policy and there is no online chat available to deal with customers issues.
They gaurentee 1 hr response time, but there is no response in major cases for more than 24 hrs. There customer support executives close the tkts w/o concerning the clients.
How can you Top rate such hosting service providers.
