how good are http://www.certmagic.com exam preps for Microsoft and cisco exams ? . anyone have any info about this , then plz let me know . iam trying to shift from auto field to IT field and need some solid guidance

I'm not sure if this is too late to reach you but I used sybex and many of my friends did to for CCNA prep. It goes through the whole exams content in an easy...yet dense...readbale book with practice tests and a cd will more practice exams. Then for additonal resources I sued practice tests online and brain dumps the day before the test to cram. I haven't looking to Microsoft yet although it's on my list for next summer...
