This is an aproximate total taken from the spreadsheets we currently use, these are not 100% accurate as some people have lefet and some people have joined, so this is aproximatly right give or take $1000 on the annual income either way

What are the total allocated space and bandwidth and what is currently being used?
Plants details: who many plants, price, space and bandwidth?
Who do they pay: Annual, Month or 6 month?
Can I see the site?

what control panel? are they aware that they are being sold? this is the most important factors as if they are not aware chargeback are likely
