if i got a godaddy reseller plan, and after say 2 months i didn't have any customers or only a handful of customers, and i don't want the business anymore, what do i do?

Obviously u have to pay godaddy once a year to renew the reseller hosting, but what if u don't want it any more? WHat will happen if u had some customers signup to your reseller godaddy hosting?will they just be transfered back to godaddy or sumthing?

Hi kelly,
Well firstly this question should be addressed directly to godaddy and not here.
They would be the only one to answer accurately.

Kelly,

Please make sure you read the fine print when you cancel your services with them. We have a lot of customers came from Godaddy with one single complaint: They keep billing me every month! Please help!

Please make sure this does not happen to you.

I probably think your customers will be left without a host if you just cancel. I heard this happens to some customers.

Hi Kelly,

If you have a reseller account and you cancel your account you will most probably find that your hosting accounts you created for your clients will be deleted. I would not recommend simply deleting your account.

Your options are to either; pay for your reseller until you find someone who will take them off your hands; or, if your reseller allows you to, ask if they will take the accounts for you.

Good Luck!

Kelly,

Just call them up and cancel is what I would do if I was you.
